Button dies with 1.5" outer diameter and imperial Unified National Coarse (UNC) nominal sizes. Constructed in Carbon Steel with a Bright finish, these dies are designed for cutting new external threads on studs. Works with regular, hard & stainless Steels, but optimal against Aluminium, Copper & Brass materials. General use only; not suitable for precision, safety or critical thread.
